My name is Becky Pechman, and I am the Chef/Instructor of the Culinary Arts Program at Sno-Isle TECH. In my class you will get to work in a commercial kitchen with state of the art equipment, and learn to work in our student run fine dining restaurant, Le Bistro. You will be working with other students from around the county that have a passion for food and the culinary profession.
I have over 16 years of teaching experience in the Culinary Arts, both here and at Western Culinary Institute in Portland (which is now Le Cordon Bleu, Portland). In addition, I am a Certified Sous Chef and a Certified Culinary Educator, through the American Culinary Federation. Many of my students continue on in their culinary arts education at many accredited programs around the country.
